Ian founded Blackwood Miller Ltd in 1995.
Since 1975 Ian has worked at senior positions in construction companies on various projects in commercial, industrial, residential, institutional and engineering processes.
Ian attended Edinburgh University and is a qualified Quantity Surveyor having earned the designation of Professional Quantity Surveyor.

Stephen joined Blackwood Miller Ltd in 1997.
He has worked in progressive management positions on various projects in commercial, industrial and institutional construction.
Stephen attended the University of Western Ontario where he completed his Bachelor of Arts, following to Humber College and Ryerson University for his construction degrees.
